Warriors Drop Close Match to Soka

Aliso Viejo, CA - For the first time in three years, the Life Pacific Women's Soccer team took the field.  They traveled down to Aliso Viejo to take on Soka for the second match of the double-header.  Although they were tied up at halftime, Soka was able to capitalize on two shots in the 2nd half, securing the win by a final score of 2-0.  LPU moves to 0-1 on the season, following the loss.

Peyton Reynoso was able to keep things tied up early in the first half with a couple of early saves.  The Warriors applied some pressure in the match with Kayleigh Works and Edith Mendoza both putting shots on the goal.

The Warriors will look to learn from this first match as they take on Cal Tech in their next match, on August 26th at 4:30pm.
