San Dimas, CA - On Saturday afternoon, the Warriors hosted Benedictine University Mesa in a GSAC matchup. The Warriors were able to complete the wire to wire victory, defeating BenU by a final score of 72-68. The Warriors were led by Calista Arzaga, who finished with 18 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists. Adrianna Torres made a career-high 5 three-pointers off of the bench, finishing with 15 points. Madison Torres finished with 14 points, 4 assists, and 2 rebounds.
With the victory, LPU improves to 5-11 on the season and 1-2 in GSAC play. They'll return to the court next Thursday as they travel to Arizona to take on OUAZ and ACU.
