When asked to share his thought's on Fier being named GSAC Offensive Player of the Week, Coach Tim Cook stated, "Coming off of a really difficult loss at home against Park, our guys responded and showed perseverance on Saturday.  Vince Fier was a huge part of that as he had a monster performance and was able to lead us to victory.  He just willed us to that win and put the team on his back.  It was a magnificent performance and I am so proud of him and the entire team for the resiliency that they showed against a good Benedictine team."
